✧ Abandoning anger, suppressing rage, and pardoning when able; Allah, Mighty and Majestic, says: "and those who restrain anger and pardon people; and Allah loves the doers of good"

أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَافِظُ، نا أَبُو الْعَبَّاسِ هُوَ الْأَصَمُّ، نا الرَّبِيعُ بْنُ سُلَيْمَانَ، نا أَسَدُ بْنُ مُوسَى، نا بَقِيَّةُ بْنُ الْوَلِيدِ، حَدَّثَنَا صَفْوَانُ بْنُ عَمْرٍو، عَنْ أَبِي سَعِيدٍ، عَنْ أَبِي الدَّرْدَاءِ،
أَنَّهُ كَتَبَ إِلَى سَلْمَانَ يَدْعُوهُ إِلَى الْأَرْضِ الْمُقَدَّسَةِ، فَقَالَ سَلْمَانُ: " يَا أَخِي، إِنْ تَكُنْ بَعُدَتِ الدَّارُ مِنَ الدَّارِ فَإِنَّ الرُّوحَ مِنَ الرُّوحِ قَرِيبٌ، وَطَيْرُ السَّمَاءِ عَلَى أَنَفِهِ حُمُرُ الْأَرْضِ تَقَعُ بِهِ "
