✧ Abandoning anger, suppressing rage, and pardoning when able; Allah, Mighty and Majestic, says: "and those who restrain anger and pardon people; and Allah loves the doers of good"

حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو حَازِمٍ الْحَافِظُ، أنا عَلِيُّ بْنُ صَالِحٍ الصُّوفِيُّ بِنَيْسَابُورَ، نا جَعْفَرُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ نُصَيْرٍ، قَالَ: سَمِعْتُ أَبَا مَسْرُوقٍ، يَقُولُ: سَمِعْتُ مُحَمَّدَ بْنَ بِشْرٍ،
يَقُولُ: جَرَى بَيْنَ ابْنِ السَّمَّاكِ وَبَيْنَ صَدِيقٍ لَهُ كَلَامٌ، فَقَالَ لَهُ صَدِيقُهُ: الْمِيعَادُ غَدًا نَتَعَاقَبُ، فَقَالَ: " بَلِ الْمِيعَادُ غَدًا نَتَغَافَرُ "
