✧ Abandoning anger, suppressing rage, and pardoning when able; Allah, Mighty and Majestic, says: "and those who restrain anger and pardon people; and Allah loves the doers of good"

أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَافِظُ، وَمُحَمَّدُ بْنُ مُوسَى، قَالَا: نا أَبُو الْعَبَّاسِ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَعْقُوبَ، نا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْجَبَّارِ الْعُطَارِدِيُّ، نا أَبُو مُعَاوِيَةَ، عَنْ دَاوُدَ بْنِ أَبِي هِنْدٍ، عَنْ شَيْخٍ مِنْ بَنِي قُشَيْرٍ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ،
قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ: " سَيَأْتِي عَلَى النَّاسِ زَمَانٌ يُخَيَّرُ الرَّجُلُ بَيْنَ الْعَجْزِ وَالْفُجُورِ، فَإِنْ أَدْرَكْتَ ذَلِكَ فَاخْتَرِ الْعَجْزَ عَلَى الْفُجُورِ "
