وَأَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو نَصْرِ بْنُ قَتَادَةَ، أنا يَحْيَى بْنُ مَنْصُورٍ الْقَاضِي، نا أَبُو عَلِيٍّ الْحُسَيْنُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ زِيَادٍ، نا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبَّادٍ الْمَكِّيُّ، نا أَبُو سَعِيدٍ، مَوْلَى بَنِي هَاشِمٍ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ أَبِي يَحْيَى سَحْبَلٍ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنْ خَالِدِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللهِ الْمُدْلِجِيِّ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ،
عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ قَالَ: " خَيْرِكُمُ الْمُدَافِعُ عَنْ عَشِيرَتِهِ مَا لَمْ يَأْثَمْ " قَالَ أَبُو عَلِيٍّ: لَا أَعْلَمُ أَحَدًا قَالَ فِي هَذَا الْحَدِيثِ، عَنْ خَالِدِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللهِ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنْ أَبِي سَعِيدٍ، قَالَ الْإِمَامُ أَحْمَدُ: " قَدْ عَدَّ ابْنُ أَبِي عَاصِمٍ خَالِدًا مِنَ الصَّحَابَةِ، وَلَمْ يَثْبُتْ لَهُ صُحْبَةٌ، وَاللهُ أَعْلَمُ "
