أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَافِظُ، أنا عَلِيُّ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحُسَيْنِيُّ، بِمَرْوَ، نا شِهَابُ بْنُ الْحَسَنِ الْعُكْبَرِيُّ، نا عَبْدُ الْمَلِكِ بْنُ قُرَيْبٍ الْأَصْمَعِيُّ، نا مَلِكٌ، عَنْ زَيْدِ بْنِ أَسْلَمَ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنْ عُمَرَ بْنِ الْخَطَّابِ
قَالَ: حُدِّثْتُ " أَنَّ مُوسَى أَوْ عِيسَى عَلَيْهِمَا السَّلَامُ قَالَ: يَا رَبِّ، مَا عَلَامَةُ رِضَاكَ عَنْ خَلْقِكَ؟ فَقَالَ عَزَّ وَجَلَّ: أَنْ أُنْزِلَ عَلَيْهِمُ الْغَيْثَ إِبَّانَ زَرْعِهِمْ - وَأَحْبِسَهُ إِبَّانَ حَصَادِهِمْ - وَأَجْعَلَ أُمُورَهُمْ إِلَى حُلَمَائِهِمْ، وَفَيْئَهُمْ فِي أَيْدِي سُمَحَائِهِمْ، قَالَ: يَا رَبِّ فَمَا عَلَامَةُ السَّخَطِ؟ قَالَ: أَنْ أُنْزِلَ عَلَيْهِمُ الْغَيْثَ إِبَّانَ حَصَادِهِمْ - وَأَحْبِسَهُ إِبَّانَ زَرْعِهِمْ - وَأَجْعَلَ أُمُورَهُمْ إِلَى سُفَهَائِهِمْ، وَفَيْئَهُمْ فِي أَيْدِي بُخَلَائِهِمْ "
