أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَافِظُ، أَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ الْمُزَكِّي، ثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ سَلَمَةَ، ثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ بَشَّارٍ، ثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ حَمَّادٍ، ثَنَا شُعْبَةُ، ثَنَا أَبَانُ بْنُ ثَعْلَبٍ، عَنْ فُضَيْلٍ، عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ، عَنْ عَلْقَمَةَ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ،
عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ قَالَ: " لَا يَدْخُلُ الْجَنَّةُ مَنْ كَانَ فِي قَلْبِهِ مِثْقَالُ ذَرَّةٍ مِنْ كِبْرٍ، وَلَا يَدْخُلُ النَّارَ مَنْ كَانَ فِي قَلْبِهِ مِثْقَالُ ذَرَّةٍ مِنْ إِيمَانٍ " فَقَالَ رَجُلٌ: يَا رَسُولَ اللهِ، الرَّجُلُ يُحِبُّ أَنْ يَكُونَ ثَوْبُهُ حَسَنًا وَفِعْلُهُ حَسَنًا؟ فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ: " إِنَّ اللهَ جَمِيلٌ يُحِبُّ الْجَمَالَ الْكِبْرُ مَنْ بَطَرَ الْحَقَّ وَغَمَصَ النَّاسَ "
