أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو بَكْرٍ أَحْمَدُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ الْحَارِثِ الْأَصْبَهَانِيُّ، أنا أَبُو مُحَمَّدِ بْنُ حَيَّانَ أَبُو الشَّيْخِ، ثنا حَسَنُ بْنُ هَارُونَ بْنِ سُلَيْمَانَ، ثنا عَبْدُ الْأَعْلَى بْنِ حَمَّادٍ، ثنا حَمَّادُ بْنُ سَلَمَةَ، عَنْ عَلِيِّ بْنِ زَيْدٍ، عَنْ أَبِي حَرَّةَ الرَّقَاشِيِّ، عَنْ عَمِّهِ،
أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ قَالَ: " لَا يَحِلُّ مَالُ امْرِئٍ مُسْلِمٍ إِلَّا بِطِيبِ نَفْسٍ مِنْهُ "
