حدثنا أَبُو مُحَمَّدِ بْنُ يُوسُفَ الْأَصْبَهَانِيُّ، أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو سَعِيدِ بْنُ الْأَعْرَابِيِّ، حدثنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ إِسْمَاعِيلَ الصَّائِغُ، حدثنا عَبْدُ الْوَهَّابِ بْنُ عَطَاءٍ الْخَفَّافُ، حدثنا الْهَيْثَمُ بْنُ الْحَوَارِيِّ، عَنْ زَيْدٍ الْعَمِّيِّ، عَنْ أَبِي نَضْرَةَ، قَالَ: سَمِعْتُ جَابِرَ بْنَ عَبْدِ اللهِ،
يَقُولُ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ: " أُعْطِيَتْ أُمَّتِي فِي شَهْرِ رَمَضَانَ خَمْسًا لَمْ يُعْطَهُنَّ نَبِيٌّ قَبْلِي، أَمَّا وَاحِدَةٌ: فَإِنَّهُ إِذَا كَانَ أَوَّلُ لَيْلَةٍ مِنْ شَهْرِ رَمَضَانَ نَظَرَ اللهُ عَزَّ وَجَلَّ إِلَيْهِمْ، وَمَنْ نَظَرَ اللهُ إِلَيْهِ لَمْ يُعَذِّبْهُ أَبَدًا، وَأَمَّا الثَّانِيَةُ: فَإِنَّ خُلُوفَ أَفْوَاهِهِمْ حِينَ يُمْسُونَ أُطَيِّبُ عِنْدَ اللهِ مِنْ رِيحِ الْمِسْكِ، وَأَمَّا الثَّالِثَةُ: فَإِنَّ الْمَلَائِكَةَ تَسْتَغْفِرُ لَهُمْ فِي كُلِّ يَوْمٍ وَلَيْلَةٍ، وَأَمَّا الرَّابِعَةُ: فَإِنَّ اللهَ عَزَّ وَجَلَّ يَأْمُرُ جَنَّتَهُ فَيَقُولُ لَهَا: اسْتَعِدِّي وَتَزَيَّنِي لِعِبَادِي أَوْشَكَ أَنْ يَسْتَرِيحُوا مِنْ تَعَبِ الدُّنْيَا إِلَى دَارِي وَكَرَامَتِي، وَأَمَّا الْخَامِسَةُ: فَإِنَّهُ إِذَا كَانَ آخِرُ لَيْلَةٍ غَفَرَ لَهُمْ جَمِيعًا " فَقَالَ رَجُلٌ مِنَ الْقَوْمِ: أَهِيَ لَيْلَةُ الْقَدْرِ؟ فَقَالَ: " لَا، أَلَمْ تَرَ إِلَى الْعُمَّالِ يَعْمَلُونَ فَإِذَا فَرَغُوا مِنْ أَعْمَالِهِمْ وُفُّوا أُجُورَهُمْ "

As for the second: the odor of their mouths in the evening is more pleasing to Allah than the scent of musk. As for the third: the angels seek forgiveness for them every day and night. As for the fourth: Allah, Mighty and Majestic, commands His Paradise and says to it: Prepare yourself and adorn yourself for My servants, for they are about to rest from the toil of the world in My abode and My honor. As for the fifth: when the last night comes, He forgives them all." A man among the people said: Is it the Night of Decree (Laylat al-Qadr)?
