أَخْبَرَنَا عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ يُوسُفَ، حَدَّثَنَا دِعْلِجُ بْنُ أَحْمَدَ السِّجْزِيُّ، بِبَغْدَادَ، حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ غَالِبٍ، حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو حُذَيْفَةَ، حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ، عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عَجْلَانَ، عَنِ الْقَعْقَاعِ بْنِ حَكِيمٍ،
قَالَ: كَتَبَ عُمَرُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْعَزِيزِ إِلَى ابْنِ عُمَرَ أَنْ سَلْنِي، فَكَتَبَ إِلَيْهِ ابْنُ عُمَرَ إِنِّي سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ يَقُولُ: " إِنَّ الْيَدَ الْعُلْيَا خَيْرٌ مِنَ الْيَدِ السُّفْلَى "، وَلَا لَسْتُ بِسَائِلِكَ شَيْئًا، وَلَا أَرُدُّ رِزْقًا رَزَقَنِي اللهُ مِنْكَ، وَالسَّلَامُ
