أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَافِظُ، قَالَ: سَمِعْتُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ بْنَ مُضَارِبٍ، يَقُولُ: سَمِعْتُ أَبِي،
يَقُولُ: كَانَ الْحُسَيْنُ بْنُ الْفَضْلِ يَرْكَعُ فِي الْيَوْمِ وَاللَّيْلِ سِتَّمِائَةِ رَكْعَةٍ، وَيَقُولُ: " لَوْلَا الضَّعْفُ وَالسِّنُّ لَمْ أَطْعَمْ بِالنَّهَارِ "
