أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَافِظُ، حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو عَلِيٍّ الْحُسَيْنُ بْنُ عَلِيٍّ الْحَافِظُ، حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ صَاعِدٍ، حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الْحَمِيدِ بْنُ الْمُسْتَامِ، حَدَّثَنَا مَخْلَدُ بْنُ يَزِيدَ، حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ، عَنْ زُبَيْدٍ، عَنْ مُرَّةَ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ،
قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ: " فَضْلُ صَلَاةِ اللَّيْلِ عَلَى صَلَاةِ النَّهَارِ كَفَضْلِ صَدَقَةِ السِّرِّ عَلَى صَدَقَةِ الْعَلَانِيَةِ " قَالَ أَبُو عَلِيٍّ: " لَمْ يَرْفَعْهُ غَيْرُ مَخْلَدِ بْنِ يَزِيدَ وَأَخْطَأَ فِيهِ وَالصَّحِيحُ مَوْقُوفٌ "
