حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَافِظُ، أَخْبَرَنِي أَبُو بَكْرٍ أَحْمَدُ بْنُ إِسْحَاقَ، أَخْبَرَنا إِسْمَاعِيلُ بْنُ إِسْحَاقَ الْقَاضِي، حدثنا سُلَيْمَانُ بْنُ حَرْبٍ، حدثنا حَمَّادُ بْنُ زَيْدٍ، عَنْ أَيُّوبَ، عَنِ ابْنِ أَبِي مُلَيْكَةَ،
قَالَ: كَانَ عِكْرِمَةُ بْنُ أَبِي جَهْلٍ " يَأْخُذُ الْمُصْحَفَ فَيَضَعُهُ عَلَى وَجْهِهِ وَيَبْكِي وَيَقُولُ: كِتَابُ رَبِّي كِتَابُ رَبِّي "
