عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ أَنَّهُ كَتَبَ إِلَى أَهْلِ الْيَمَنِ بِكِتَابٍ فِيهِ الْفَرَائِضُ وَالسُّنَنُ وَالدِّيَاتُ، فَذَكَرَهُ وَفِيهِ: " لَا يَمَسَّ الْقُرْآنَ إِلَّا طَاهِرٌ " وَرُوِّينَا فِي ذَلِكَ، عَنْ سَلْمَانَ الْفَارِسِيِّ
