أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ قَالَ: سَمِعْتُ أَبَا زَيْدٍ الْمَرْوَزِيَّ يَقُولُ: سَمِعْتُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ بْنَ شَيْبَانَ
يَقُولُ: " مَنْ أَرَادَ أَنْ يَتَعَطَّلَ وَيَتَبَطَّلَ فَلْيَلْزَمِ الرُّخَصَ "
