أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو بَكْرٍ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللهِ الْفَارِسِيُّ، حدثنا أَبُو الْحُسَيْنِ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْحَسَنِ بْنِ إِبْرَاهِيمَ بْنِ قُدَامَةَ الْجُنْدَفرْجِيُّ، قَالَ: سَمِعْتُ أَبَا بَكْرٍ مُحَمَّدَ بْنَ إِسْحَاقَ بْنِ خُزَيْمَةَ، يَقُولُ: سَمِعْتُ مُحَمَّدَ بْنَ رَافِعٍ،
يَقُولُ: قِيلَ لِسُفْيَانَ بْنِ عُيَيْنَةَ: بِمَ وَجَدْتَ الْحِفْظَ؟ قَالَ: " بِتَرْكِ الْمَعَاصِي "
