أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو مَنْصُورٍ عَبْدُ الْقَاهِرِ بْنُ طَاهِرٍ الْإِمَامُ لفظا، حدثنا أَبُو الْعَبَّاسِ أَحْمَدُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ مُحَمَّدٍ الْعَمْرَوِيُّ إِمْلَاءً، حدثنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْمُسَيَّبِ الْأَرْغِيَانِيُّ، حدثنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَزِيدَ بْنِ حَليمٍ، حدثنا يَزِيدُ بْنُ هَارُونَ، عَنْ يَزِيدَ بْنِ عِيَاضٍ، عَنْ صَفْوَانَ بْنِ سُلَيْمٍ، عَنْ سُلَيْمَانَ بْنِ يَسَارٍ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ،
عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ قَالَ: " مَا عُبِدَ اللهُ بِشَيْءٍ أَفْضَلَ مِنْ فِقْهٍ فِي دِينٍ، وَلَفَقِيهٌ وَاحِدٌ أَشَدُّ عَلَى الشَّيْطَانِ مِنْ أَلْفِ عَابِدٍ، وَلِكُلِّ شَيْءٍ عِمادٌ, وَعِمادُ الدِّينِ الْفِقْهُ " وَقَالَ أَبُو هُرَيْرَةَ: " لَأَنْ أَجْلِسَ سَاعَةً، فَأَتَفَقَّهَ أَحَبُّ إِلَيَّ مِنْ أَنْ أُحْيِيَ لَيْلَةً إِلَى الصَّبَاحِ " قَالَ: وَحَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْمُسَيَّبِ بْنِ عُقْبَةَ، حدثنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَحْيَى بْنِ أَبِي حَاتِمٍ الْأَزْدِيُّ، حدثنا يَزِيدُ بْنُ هَارُونَ، أخبرنا يَزِيدُ بْنُ عِيَاضٍ، عَنْ صَفْوَانَ بْنِ سُلَيْمٍ، عَنْ عَطَاءِ بْنِ يَسَارٍ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ نحوه يَزِيدُ بْنُ عِيَاضٍ ضَعِيفٌ فِي الْحَدِيثُ، وَاللهُ أَعْلَمُ "
