From the Prophet ﷺ, who said: "Five supplications are answered: the supplication of the wronged person when he seeks help, the supplication of the pilgrim when he returns, the supplication of the fighter in the cause of God when he returns, the supplication of the sick person when he recovers, and the supplication of a brother for his brother in his absence - then he said: - and the quickest of these supplications to be answered is the supplication of a brother for his brother in his absence." "We have mentioned in this chapter authentic hadiths at the end of the Book of Supplications." And it has been narrated to us from Ibn Mawhab, from his paternal uncle, from Abū Hurayrah, that the Messenger of God ﷺ said: "There is no believer who directs his face to God asking Him for something, except that He gives it to him: either He hastens it for him in this world, or He stores it up for him in the Hereafter, so long as he does not grow impatient, saying: I have supplicated and supplicated, and I do not see that it is answered."
