أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو الْحَسَنِ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ إِسْحَاقَ الْبَرَازُ بِبَغْدَادَ، قَالَ: أَنَا أَبُو مُحَمَّدٍ عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ إِسْحَاقَ الْفَاكِهِيُّ، ثَنَا أَبُو يَحْيَى بْنُ أَبِي مَسَرَّةَ، ثَنَا أَبُو عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ الْمُقْرِئُ، ثَنَا مُوسَى بْنُ عَلِيِّ بْنِ رَبَاحٍ، قَالَ: سَمِعْتُ أَبِي يَقُولُ: سَمِعْتُ عَمْرَو بْنَ الْعَاصِ، يَخْطُبُ النَّاسَ بِمِصْرَ
يَقُولُ: " مَا أَبَعْدَ هَدْيِكُمْ مِنْ هَدْيِ نَبِيِّكُمْ ﷺ، أَمَّا هُوَ فَكَانَ أَزْهَدَ النَّاسِ فِي الدُّنْيَا، وَأَمَّا أَنْتُمْ أَرْغَبُ النَّاسُ فِيهَا "
