Quran Muhammad 47:24

أَفَلَا يَتَدَبَّرُونَ ٱلۡقُرۡءَانَ أَمۡ عَلَىٰ قُلُوبٍ أَقۡفَالُهَآ

Translation

Then do they not reflect upon the Qur’ān, or are there locks upon [their] hearts?
