Quran Ali 'Imran 3:196

لَا يَغُرَّنَّكَ تَقَلُّبُ ٱلَّذِينَ كَفَرُواْ فِي ٱلۡبِلَٰدِ

Translation

Be not deceived by the [uninhibited] movement of the disbelievers throughout the land.
