Quran Sad 38:72

فَإِذَا سَوَّيۡتُهُۥ وَنَفَخۡتُ فِيهِ مِن رُّوحِي فَقَعُواْ لَهُۥ سَٰجِدِينَ

Translation

So when I have proportioned him and breathed into him of My [created] soul, then fall down to him in prostration."
