Quran As-Saffat 37:147

وَأَرۡسَلۡنَٰهُ إِلَىٰ مِاْئَةِ أَلۡفٍ أَوۡ يَزِيدُونَ

Translation

And We sent him to [his people of] a hundred thousand or more.
