Quran Ya-Sin 36:79

قُلۡ يُحۡيِيهَا ٱلَّذِيٓ أَنشَأَهَآ أَوَّلَ مَرَّةٖۖ وَهُوَ بِكُلِّ خَلۡقٍ عَلِيمٌ

Translation

Say, "He will give them life who produced them the first time; and He is, of all creation, Knowing."
