Quran Al-Anbya 21:27
لَا يَسۡبِقُونَهُۥ بِٱلۡقَوۡلِ وَهُم بِأَمۡرِهِۦ يَعۡمَلُونَ ٢٧
Translation
They cannot precede Him in word, and they act by His command.
