أَخْبَرَنِي زَكَرِيَّا بْنُ يَحْيَى قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا الْحَسَنُ بْنُ عَرَفَةَ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا الْمُبَارَكُ بْنُ سَعِيدٍ عَنْ مُوسَى الْجُهَنِيِّ عَنْ مُصْعَبِ بْنِ سَعْدٍ عَنْ سَعْدٍ قَالَ
قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ «مَا يَمْنَعُ أَحَدَكُمْ أَنْ يُسَبِّحَ دُبُرَ كُلِّ صَلَاةٍ عَشْرًا وَيُكَبِّرَ عَشْرًا وَيَحْمَدَ عَشْرًا؟ فَذَلِكَ فِي خَمْسِ صَلَوَاتٍ خَمْسُونَ وَمِائَةٌ بِاللِّسَانِ وَأَلْفٌ وَخَمْسُمِائَةٍ فِي الْمِيزَانِ وَإِذَا أَوَى إِلَى فِرَاشِهِ سَبَّحَ ثَلَاثًا وَثَلَاثِينَ وَحَمِدَ ثَلَاثًا وَثَلَاثِينَ وَكَبَّرَ أَرْبَعًا وَثَلَاثِينَ فَذَلِكَ مِائَةٌ بِاللِّسَانِ وَأَلْفٌ بِالْمِيزَانِ فَأَيُّكُمْ يَعْمَلُ فِي يَوْمٍ وَلَيْلَةٍ أَلْفَيْنِ وَخَمْسَمِائَةِ سَيِّئَةٍ؟» [68] خَالَفَهُ يَعْلَى بْنٌ عُبَيْدٍ رَوَاهُ عَنْ مُوسَى الْجُهَنِيِّ عَنْ مُوسَى عَنْ أَبِي زُرْعَةَ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ

✧ The Messenger of God ﷺ said: “What prevents one of you from glorifying God after every prayer ten times, magnifying Him ten times, and praising Him ten times? That is, in five prayers, one hundred and fifty by the tongue, and one thousand five hundred in the Balance. And when he goes to his bed, he glorifies thirty-three times, praises thirty-three times, and magnifies thirty-four times; that is one hundred by the tongue and one thousand in the Balance. So which of you commits two thousand five hundred evil deeds in a day and night?” [68] Ya’la b. Ubayd disagreed with him; he narrated it from Musa al-Juhani from Musa from Abu Zur’ah from Abu Hurayrah.
