✧ The reward of one who seeks refuge from the fire seven times after the Fajr prayer before speaking.

أَخْبَرَنِي عَمْرُو بْنُ عُثْمَانَ عَنِ الْوَلِيدِ عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ حَسَّانَ الْكِنَانِيِّ عَنْ مُسْلِمِ بْنِ الْحَارِثِ بْنِ مُسْلِمٍ التَّمِيمِيِّ أَنَّهُ حَدَّثَهُمْ عَنْ أَبِيهِ قَالَ

قَالَ لِيَ النَّبِيُّ ﷺ إِذَا صَلَّيْتَ الصُّبْحَ فَقُلْ قَبْلَ أَنْ تَتَكَلَّمَ اللهُمَّ أَجِرْنِي مِنَ النَّارِ سَبْعَ مَرَّاتٍ فَإِنَّكَ إنْ مُتَّ مِنْ يَوْمِكَ ذَلِكَ كَتَبَ اللهُ لَكَ جِوَارًا مِنَ النَّارِ فَإِذَا صَلَّيْتَ الْمَغْرِبَ فَقُلْ قَبْلَ أَنْ تَتَكَلَّمَ اللهُمَّ أَجِرْنِي مِنَ النَّارِ سَبْعَ مَرَّاتٍ فَإِنَّكَ إنْ مُتَّ مِنْ لَيْلَتِكَ كَتَبَ اللهُ لَكَ جِوَارًا مِنَ النَّارِ

Translation

✧ The Prophet ﷺ said to me: When you pray the morning prayer, say before you speak: O Allah, protect me from the Fire seven times. For if you die on that day, Allah will write for you protection from the Fire. And when you pray the sunset prayer, say before you speak: O Allah, protect me from the Fire seven times. For if you die on that night, Allah will write for you protection from the Fire.
