أَخْبَرَنَا سُلَيْمَانُ بْنُ عُبَيْدِ اللهِ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو عَامِرٍ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا سُلَيْمَانُ عَنْ عُمَارَةَ بْنِ غَزِيَّةَ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ عَلِيِّ بْنِ حُسَيْنٍ عَنْ عَلِيِّ بْنِ حُسَيْنٍ عَنْ أَبِيهِ

عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ قَالَ «الْبَخِيلُ مَنْ ذُكِرْتُ عِنْدَهُ وَلَمْ يُصَلِّ عَلَيَّ» خَالَفَهُ عَبْدُ الْعَزِيزِ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ رَوَاهُ عَنْ عُمَارَةَ بْنِ غَزِيَّةَ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ عَلِيِّ بْنِ الْحُسَيْنِ عَنْ عَلِيِّ بْنِ أَبِي طَالِبٍ مُرْسَلًا

✧ From the Prophet ﷺ, he said, “The miser is the one in whose presence I am mentioned, and he does not send blessings upon me.” ‘Abd al-‘Aziz b. Muhammad differed with him; he narrated it from ‘Umarah b. Ghaziyyah, from ‘Abd Allah b. ‘Ali b. al-Husayn, from ‘Ali b. Abi Talib as mursal.
