أَخْبَرَنِي عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الْحَكَمِ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ مَعْبَدٍ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا عُبَيْدُ اللهِ بْنُ عَمْرٍو عَنْ زَيْدٍ عَنِ الْعَلَاءِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ عَنْ نُعَيْمٍ الْمُجْمِرِ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ عُمَرَ قَالَ

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ «إِزْرَةُ الْمُؤْمِنِ إِلَى أَنْصَافِ سَاقِهِ لَيْسَ عَلَيْهِ جُنَاحٌ فِيمَا بَيْنَهُ وَبَيْنَ الْكَعْبَيْنِ مَا أَسْفَلَ مِنَ الْكَعْبَيْنِ فِي النَّارِ مَنْ جَرَّ ثِيَابَهُ خُيْلَةً لَمْ يَنْظُرِ اللهُ إِلَيْهِ»

✧ The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: “The izar of the believer is to the middle of his shin. There is no blame on him for what is between that and the ankles. What is below the ankles is in the Fire. Whoever drags his garments out of vanity, Allah will not look at him.”
