✧ Hatred towards women in presenting jewelry: gold

أَخْبَرَنَا وَهْبُ بْنُ بَيَانَ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ وَهْبٍ قَالَ أَخْبَرَنِي عَمْرُو بْنُ الْحَارِثِ أَنَّ أَبَا عُشَّانَةَ حَدَّثَهُ أَنَّهُ سَمِعَ عُقْبَةَ بْنَ عَامِرٍ يُخْبِرُ

أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ كَانَ يَمْنَعُ أَهْلَهُ الْحِلْيَةَ وَالْحَرِيرَ وَيَقُولُ «إِنْ كُنْتُمْ تُحِبُّونَ حِلْيَةَ الْجَنَّةِ وَحَرِيرَهَا فَلَا تَلْبَسُوهَا فِي الدُّنْيَا»

Translation

✧ The Messenger of Allah ﷺ used to forbid his family from jewelry and silk, saying: "If you love the jewelry of Paradise and its silk, then do not wear them in this world."
