✧ The warming of the mustache, and the exemption of the beard

أَخْبَرَنَا عَمْرُو بْنُ عَلِيٍّ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ قَالَ سَمِعْتُ عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنُ أَبِي عَلْقَمَةَ قَالَ سَمِعْتُ ابْنَ عُمَرَ يَقُولُ

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ «أَعْفُوا اللِّحَى وَأَحْفُوا الشَّارِبَ»

✧ The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, “Let the beard grow and trim the mustache.”
