✧ The issue of a woman divorcing her sister

أَخْبَرَنِي مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَحْيَى بْنِ عَبْدِ اللهِ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا بِشْرُ بْنُ شُعَيْبٍ قَالَ حَدَّثَنِي أَبِي عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ قَالَ أَخْبَرَنِي أَبُو سَلَمَةَ وَسَعِيدٌ أَنَّ أَبَا هُرَيْرَةَ قَالَ

سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ يَقُولُ «لَا تَسْأَلِ الْمَرْأَةُ طَلَاقَ الْأُخْرَى لِتَكْتَفِئَ مَا فِي إِنَائِهَا»

✧ I heard the Messenger of Allah ﷺ say: “A woman should not ask for the divorce of another woman so as to overturn what is in her vessel.”
