✧ The license for a man to communicate with his wife.

أَخْبَرَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ عَمْرِو بْنِ السَّرْحِ قَالَ أَخْبَرَنَا ابْنُ وَهْبٍ قَالَ أَخْبَرَنِي عِيَاضُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللهِ الْقُرَشِيُّ وَذَكَرَ آخَرُ عَنْ أَبِي الزُّبَيْرِ عَنْ جَابِرٍ أَخْبَرَتْنِي أُمُّ كُلْثُومٍ

عَنْ عَائِشَةَ زَوْجِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ أَنَّ رَجُلًا سَأَلَ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ عَنِ الرَّجُلِ يُجَامِعُ أَهْلَهُ ثُمَّ يُكْسِلُ هَلْ عَلَيْهِ مِنْ غُسْلٍ؟ وَعَائِشَةُ جَالِسَةٌ فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ «إِنِّي لَأَفْعَلُ ذَلِكَ أَنَا وَهَذِهِ ثُمَّ نَغْتَسِلُ»

✧ From 'A'ishah, the wife of the Prophet ﷺ, that a man asked the Messenger of Allah ﷺ about a man who has intercourse with his wife and then becomes flaccid without ejaculating – is there a bath due on him? 'A'ishah was sitting there, and the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: "I do that, I and this one, then we perform the bath."
