أَخْبَرَنَا حُمَيْدُ بْنُ مَسْعَدَةَ عَنْ بِشْرٍ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ عَوْنٍ عَنِ ابْنِ سِيرِينَ عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ بِشْرٍ الْأَنْصَارِيِّ قَالَ رَدَّ الْحَدِيثَ حَتَّى رَدَّهُ إِلَى أَبِي سَعِيدٍ الْخُدْرِيِّ قَالَ
ذُكِرَ ذَلِكَ عِنْدَ رَسُولِ اللهِ ﷺ فَقَالَ «وَمَا ذَلِكُمْ؟» قَالُوا الرَّجُلُ تَكُونُ لَهُ الْمَرْأَةُ فَتُرْضِعُ لَهُ فَيُصِيبُ مِنْهَا وَيَكْرَهُ أَنْ تَحْمِلَ مِنْهُ وَتَكُونُ لَهُ الْجَارِيَةُ فَيُصِيبُ مِنْهَا وَيَكْرَهُ أَنْ تَحْمِلَ مِنْهُ قَالَ فَقَالَ «فَلَا عَلَيْكُمْ أَنْ لَا تَفْعَلُوا ذَاكُمْ فَإِنَّمَا هُوَ الْقَدَرُ» خَالَفَهُ إِبْرَاهِيمُ النَّخْعِيُّ

✧ That was mentioned before the Messenger of Allah ﷺ, and he said: "And what is that?" They said: "A man has a wife who breastfeeds for him, and he has intercourse with her but dislikes that she becomes pregnant from him; and he has a slave-girl and has intercourse with her but dislikes that she becomes pregnant from him." He said: "Then there is no harm upon you if you do not do that, for it is only divine decree." Ibrahim al-Nakha'i disagreed with him.
