أَخْبَرَنَا سُوَيْدُ بْنُ نَصْرٍ قَالَ أَخْبَرَنَا عَبْدُ اللهِ عَنْ يُونُسَ عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ عَنْ أَبِي سَلَمَةَ بْنِ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ أَنَّ عَائِشَةَ قَالَتْ

كَانَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ إِذَا أَرَادَ أَنْ يَنَامَ وَهُوَ جُنُبٌ تَوَضَّأَ وُضُوءَهُ لِلصَّلَاةِ وَإِذَا أَرَادَ أَنْ يَأْكُلَ أَوْ يَشْرَبَ قَالَتْ «غَسَلَ يَدَيْهِ ثُمَّ يَأْكُلُ وَيُشْرَبُ»

✧ When the Messenger of Allah ﷺ wanted to sleep while he was junub, he performed ablution as for prayer; and when he wanted to eat or drink, she said: "He washed his hands, then ate and drank."
