أَخْبَرَنَا هَارُونُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللهِ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا مَكِّيُّ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا الْجُعَيْدُ عَنْ يَزِيدَ بْنِ خُصَيْفَةَ عَنِ السَّائِبِ بْنِ يَزِيدَ

أَنَّ امْرَأَةً جَاءَتْ إِلَى رَسُولِ اللهِ ﷺ فَقَالَ يَا عَائِشَةُ «تَعْرِفِينَ هَذِهِ؟» قَالَتْ لَا يَا نَبِيَّ اللهِ قَالَ «هَذِهِ قَيْنَةُ بَنِي فُلَانٍ تُحِبِّينَ أَنْ تُغَنِّيَكِ؟ فَغَنَّتْهَا»

✧ A woman came to the Messenger of Allah ﷺ, and he said, "O Aisha, do you know this one?" She said, "No, O Prophet of Allah." He said, "This is the singing girl of the tribe of so-and-so. Would you like her to sing for you?" So she sang for her.
