أَخْبَرَنَا سُوَيْدُ بْنُ نَصْرٍ قَالَ أَخْبَرَنَا ابْنُ الْمُبَارَكِ قَالَ أَخْبَرَنَا الْأَوْزَاعِيُّ قَالَ حَدَّثَنِي الْمُطَّلِبُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ حَنْطَبٍ

أَنَّ عَبْدَ اللهِ بْنَ عُمَرَ «تَوَضَّأَ ثَلَاثًا ثَلَاثًا يُسْنَدُ ذَلِكَ إِلَى النَّبِيِّ ﷺ»

Translation

  3. al-Awzāʿī
  4. al-Muṭṭalib b. ʿAbdullāh b. Ḥanṭab

Al-Muttalib bin 'Abdullah bin Hantab (narrated) that 'Abdullah bin 'Umar performed Wudu', washing each part of the body three times, and he attributed that to the Prophet ﷺ. (Using translation from Nasāʾī 81)
