أَخْبَرَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ سُلَيْمَانَ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا جَعْفَرُ بْنُ عَوْنٍ عَنْ مُوسَى الْجُهَنِيِّ قَالَ
أَدْرَكْتُ فَاطِمَةَ ابْنَةَ عَلِيٍّ وَهِيَ ابْنَةُ ثَمَانِينَ سَنَةً فَقُلْتُ لَهَا تَحْفَظِينَ عَنْ أَبِيكِ شَيْئًا؟ قَالَتْ لَا وَلَكِنِّي أَخْبَرَتْنِي أَسْمَاءُ بِنْتُ عُمَيْسٍ أَنَّهَا سَمِعَتْ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ يَقُولُ يَا عَلِيُّ «أَنْتَ مِنِّي بِمَنْزِلَةِ هَارُونَ مِنْ مُوسَى إِلَّا أَنَّهُ لَيْسَ بَعْدِي نَبِيٌّ»

✧ I met Fatimah, daughter of Ali, when she was eighty years old, so I said to her, "Do you remember anything from your father?" She said, "No, but Asma' bt. Umays informed me that she heard the Messenger of Allah ﷺ say, 'O Ali, you are to me in the position of Harun to Musa, except that there is no prophet after me.'"
