أَخْبَرَنَا الْحَسَنُ بْنُ إِسْمَاعِيلَ بْنِ سُلَيْمَانَ قَالَ أَخْبَرَنَا الْمُطَّلِبُ عَنْ لَيْثٍ عَنِ الْحَكَمِ عَنْ عَائِشَةَ بِنْتِ سَعْدٍ عَنْ سَعْدٍ

أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ قَالَ لِعَلِيٍّ فِي غَزْوَةِ تَبُوكَ «أَنْتَ مِنِّي مَكَانَ هَارُونَ مِنْ مُوسَى إِلَّا أَنَّهُ لَا نَبِيَّ بَعْدِي» قَالَ أَبُو عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ وَشُعْبَةُ أَحْفَظُ وَلَيْثٌ ضَعِيفٌ وَالْحَدِيثُ قَدْ رَوَتْهُ عَائِشَةُ

✧ The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said to 'Ali during the expedition of Tabuk, "You are to me in the place of Harun to Musa, except that there is no prophet after me." Abu 'Abd al-Rahman said: Shu'bah has better memory, while Layth is weak. The hadith has been narrated by 'A'ishah.
