al-Sunan al-Kubra (al-Nasa'i) 814

✧ Encouragement to Sit in the Mosque and Await Prayer

أَخْبَرَنَا قُتَيْبَةُ بْنُ سَعِيدٍ عَنْ مَالِكٍ عَنْ أَبِي الزِّنَادِ عَنِ الْأَعْرَجِ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ

أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ قَالَ «إِنَّ الْمَلَائِكَةَ تُصَلِّي عَلَى أَحَدِكُمْ مَا دَامَ فِي مُصَلَّاهُ الَّذِي صَلَّى فِيهِ مَا لَمْ يُحْدِثِ اللهُمَّ اغْفِرْ لَهُ اللهُمَّ ارْحَمْهُ»

Translation

✧ That the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: «The angels pray for one of you as long as he remains in the place where he prayed, as long as he does not invalidate his ablution: O Allah, forgive him; O Allah, have mercy on him.»
