✧ The virtue of those who learn the Quran

أَخْبَرَنَا عُبَيْدُ اللهِ بْنُ سَعِيدٍ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى عَنْ شُعْبَةَ وَسُفْيَانَ حَدَّثَنَا عَلْقَمَةُ بْنُ مَرْثَدٍ عَنْ سَعْدِ بْنِ عُبَيْدَةَ عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ عَنْ عُثْمَانَ

عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ قَالَ شُعْبَةُ «خَيْرُكُمْ مَنْ تَعَلَّمَ الْقُرْآنَ وَعَلَّمَهُ» وَقَالَ سُفْيَانُ «أَفْضَلُكُمْ مَنْ تَعَلَّمَ الْقُرْآنَ وَعَلَّمَهُ»

✧ The Prophet ﷺ said—Shuʿbah said: “The best of you is the one who learns the Qur’ān and teaches it.” And Sufyān said: “The most virtuous of you is the one who learns the Qur’ān and teaches it.”
