أَخْبَرَنَا عُبَيْدُ اللهِ بْنُ سَعِيدٍ عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ قَالَ حَدَّثَنِي عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنُ بُدَيْلِ بْنِ مَيْسَرَةَ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ أَنَسِ بْنِ مَالِكٍ قَالَ

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ «إِنَّ لِلَّهِ أَهْلِينَ مِنْ خَلْقِهِ» قَالُوا وَمَنْ هُمْ يَا رَسُولَ اللهِ؟ قَالَ «أَهْلُ الْقُرْآنِ هُمْ أَهْلُ اللهِ وَخَاصَّتُهُ»

Translation

✧ The Messenger of God ﷺ said: “God has people among His creation.” They said, “And who are they, O Messenger of God?” He said, “The people of the Qur’ān; they are the people of God and His elect.”
