✧ The Compensation and the Punishment

أَخْبَرَنَا يَعْقُوبُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى عَنِ ابْنِ عَجْلَانَ عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ يَسَارٍ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ

عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ قَالَ «مَا مِنْ مُسْلِمٍ يَتَصَدَّقُ بِصَدَقَةٍ مِنْ طَيِّبٍ وَلَا يَقْبَلُ اللهُ إِلَّا طَيِّبًا وَلَا يَصْعَدُ إِلَى السَّمَاءِ إِلَّا طَيِّبٌ إِلَّا كَأَنَّهُ يَضَعُهَا فِي كَفِّ الرَّحْمَنِ فَيُرَبِّيهَا كَمَا يُرَبِّي الرَّجُلُ فَلُوَّهُ أَوْ فَصِيلَهُ حَتَّى إِنَّ التَّمْرَةَ تَعُودُ مِثْلَ الْجَبَلِ الْعَظِيمِ»

Translation

✧ The Prophet ﷺ said: “No Muslim gives charity from good earnings—and Allah accepts only what is good, and nothing ascends to heaven except what is good—except that it is as if he places it in the hand of the Most Merciful, and He nurtures it as a man nurtures his colt or young camel, until a date becomes like a great mountain.”
