أَخْبَرَنَا عَمْرُو بْنُ مَنْصُورٍ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ رَجَاءٍ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا إِسْرَائِيلُ عَنْ عُثْمَانَ وَهُوَ ابْنُ الْمُغِيرَةِ عَنْ سَالِمٍ عَنْ جَابِرٍ قَالَ

كَانَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ يَعْرِضُ نَفْسَهُ عَلَى النَّاسِ فِي الْمَوْسِمِ فَيَقُولُ «أَلَا رَجُلٌ يَحْمِلُنِي إِلَى قَوْمِهِ فَإِنَّ قُرَيْشًا قَدْ مَنَعُونِي أَنْ أُبَلِّغَ كَلَامَ رَبِّي»

✧ The Messenger of Allah ﷺ used to present himself to the people during the season and say, "Will not a man carry me to his people, for Quraysh have prevented me from conveying the words of my Lord?"
