أَخْبَرَنَا عُبَيْدُ اللهِ بْنُ سَعِيدٍ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ عَنْ عَبْدِ رَبِّهِ عَنْ عَمْرَةَ عَنْ عَائِشَةَ قَالَتْ

إِنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ كَانَ يَقُولُ لِلْمَرِيضِ هَكَذَا بَرِيقِهِ عَلَى الْأَرْضِ بِإِصْبُعِهِ وَيَقُولُ «بِاسْمِ اللهِ تُرْبَةُ أَرْضِنَا بِرِيقَةِ بَعْضِنَا يُشْفَى بِهِ سَقِيمُنَا بِإِذْنِ رَبِّنَا»

Translation

✧ The Messenger of Allah ﷺ used to say to the sick person, like this, with his saliva on the ground using his finger, and say: “In the name of Allah, the dust of our earth with the saliva of some of us, by which our sick are healed, by the permission of our Lord.”
