الْحَارِثُ بْنُ مِسْكِينٍ قِرَاءَةً عَلَيْهِ وَأنا أَسْمَعُ عَنِ ابْنِ الْقَاسِمِ قَالَ أَخْبَرَنَا مَالِكٌ عَنْ أَبِي النَّضْرِ وَمُحَمَّدِ بْنِ الْمُنْكَدِرِ عَنْ عَامِرِ بْنِ سَعْدٍ عَنْ أَبِيهِ سَمِعَهُ يَسْأَلُ أُسَامَةَ بْنَ زَيْدٍ مَاذَا

سَمِعْتَ مِنْ رَسُولِ اللهِ ﷺ فِي الطَّاعُونِ؟ قَالَ أُسَامَةُ بْنُ زَيْدٍ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ «الطَّاعُونُ رِجْزٌ أُرْسِلَ عَلَى طَائِفَةٍ مِنْ بَنِي إِسْرَائِيلَ وَعَلَى مَنْ كَانَ قِبْلَكُمْ فَإِذَا سَمِعْتُمْ بِهِ فَلَا تَدْخُلُوا وَإِذَا وَقَعَ بِأَرْضٍ وَأَنْتُمْ بِهَا فَلَا تَخْرُجُوا فِرَارًا مِنْهُ» قَالَ مَالِكٌ قَالَ أَبُو النَّضْرِ لَا يُخْرِجَنَّكُمُ الْفِرَارُ مِنْهُ

✧ Did you hear from the Messenger of God ﷺ about the plague? Usamah b. Zayd said: The Messenger of God ﷺ said: “The plague is a filth sent upon a group of the Children of Israel and upon those before you. If you hear of it, do not enter. If it occurs in a land while you are in it, do not leave, fleeing from it.” Malik said: Abu al-Nadr said: “Fleeing from it must not make you leave.”
