أَخْبَرَنِي الْحُسَيْنُ بْنُ عِيسَى قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا زَيْدُ بْنُ حُبَابٍ عَنْ وَرْقَاءَ بْنِ عُمَرَ الْخُرَاسَانِيِّ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا الْمُغِيرَةُ بْنُ مُسْلِمٍ الْخُرَاسَانِيُّ عَنْ أَبِي الزُّبَيْرِ عَنْ جَابِرٍ

عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ أَنَّهُ قَالَ «لَا قَطْعَ عَلَى مُخْتَلِسٍ» قَالَ أَبُو عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ الْمُغِيرَةُ بْنُ مُسْلِمٍ لَيْسَ بِالْقَوِيِّ فِي أَبِي الزُّبَيْرِ وَعِنْدَهُ غَيْرُ حَدِيثٍ مُنْكَرٍ

  4. al-Mughīrah b. Muslim al-Khurāsānī

✧ From the Prophet ﷺ that he said: “No cutting for a snatcher.” Abu Abd al-Rahman said: Al-Mughira b. Muslim is not strong in (narrating from) Abu al-Zubayr, and he has other rejected hadiths.
