al-Sunan al-Kubra (al-Nasa'i) 7202

✧ The limitation of a man's stay to his wife when she commits adultery.

أَخْبَرَنَا مَحْمُودُ بْنُ غَيْلَانَ الْمَرْوَزِيُّ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا مُعَاوِيَةُ وَهُوَ ابْنُ هِشَامٍ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ وَهُوَ ابْنُ سَعِيدٍ عَنْ حَبِيبٍ عَنْ أَبِي صَالِحٍ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ

أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ قَالَ «إِذَا زَنَتْ أَمَةُ أَحَدِكُمْ فَلْيَجْلِدْهَا»
