al-Sunan al-Kubra (al-Nasa'i) 7096

✧ Interpretation of the saying of Allah, Exalted is His glory: "And [they are] those who do not invoke with Allah another deity or kill the soul which Allah has forbidden [to be killed], except by right, and do not commit unlawful sexual intercourse. And whoever should do that will meet a penalty." [al-Furqan: 68]

أَخْبَرَنَا قُتَيْبَةُ بْنُ سَعِيدٍ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا الْجُنَيْدُ أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَجَّامُ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا زَيْدٌ هُوَ الْحَجَّامُ عَنْ عِكْرِمَةَ عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ قَالَ

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ «لَا يَزْنِي الزَّانِي وَهُوَ مُؤْمِنٌ وَلَا يَسْرِقُ السَّارِقُ وَهُوَ مُؤْمِنٌ وَلَا يَشْرَبُ الْخَمْرَ وَهُوَ مُؤْمِنٌ»
