al-Sunan al-Kubra (al-Nasa'i) 7093
✧ Interpretation of the saying of Allah, Exalted is His glory: "And [they are] those who do not invoke with Allah another deity or kill the soul which Allah has forbidden [to be killed], except by right, and do not commit unlawful sexual intercourse. And whoever should do that will meet a penalty." [al-Furqan: 68]

أَخْبَرَنَا عِيسَى بْنُ حَمَّادِ بْنِ زُغْبَةَ قَالَ أَخْبَرَنَا اللَّيْثُ عَنْ عَقِيلٍ عَنِ ابْنِ شِهَابٍ عَنْ أَبِي بَكْرِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ
أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ قَالَ «لَا يَزْنِي الزَّانِي حِينَ يَزْنِي وَهُوَ مُؤْمِنٌ وَلَا يَشْرَبُ الْخَمْرَ شَارِبُهَا حِينَ يَشْرَبُهَا وَهُوَ مُؤْمِنٌ وَلَا يَسْرِقُ السَّارِقُ حِينَ يَسْرِقُ وَهُوَ مُؤْمِنٌ وَلَا يَنْتَهِبُ نُهْبَةً يَرْفَعُ النَّاسُ إِلَيْهِ فِيهَا أَبْصَارَهُمْ حِينَ يَنْتَهِبُهَا وَهُوَ مُؤْمِنٌ» 7094 أَخْبَرَنَا عِيسَى بْنُ حَمَّادٍ قَالَ أَخْبَرَنَا اللَّيْثُ عَنْ عَقِيلٍ عَنِ ابْنِ شِهَابٍ عَنْ سَعِيدٍ وَأَبِي سَلَمَةَ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ عَنْ رَسُولِ اللهِ ﷺ مِثْلَ حَدِيثِ أَبِي بَكْرٍ هَذَا إِلَّا النُّهْبَةَ

✧ The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "The adulterer does not commit adultery while he is a believer when he commits it, the drinker does not drink wine while he is a believer when he drinks it, the thief does not steal while he is a believer when he steals, and no one plunders a plunder toward which people raise their eyes while he is a believer when he plunders it." 7094 - Isa b. Hammad informed us, he said: al-Layth informed us from Aqil from Ibn Shihab from Sa'id and Abu Salamah from Abu Hurayrah from the Messenger of Allah ﷺ similar to this hadith of Abu Bakr except the plunder.
