al-Sunan al-Kubra (al-Nasa'i) 7089

✧ Interpretation of the saying of Allah, Exalted is His glory: "And [they are] those who do not invoke with Allah another deity or kill the soul which Allah has forbidden [to be killed], except by right, and do not commit unlawful sexual intercourse. And whoever should do that will meet a penalty." [al-Furqan: 68]

أَخْبَرَنَا إِسْحَاقُ بْنُ مَنْصُورٍ الْمَرْوَزِيُّ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو الْمُغِيرَةِ وَأَخْبَرَنِي عِمْرَانُ بْنُ بَكَّارٍ الْبَرَّادُ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو الْمُغِيرَةِ وَاللَّفْظُ لِعِمْرَانَ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا الْأَوْزَاعِيُّ قَالَ حَدَّثَنِي الزُّهْرِيُّ عَنْ سَعِيدٍ وَأَبِي سَلَمَةَ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ

أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ قَالَ «لَا يَزْنِي الزَّانِي حِينَ يَزْنِي وَهُوَ مُؤْمِنٌ وَلَا يَسْرِقُ السَّارِقُ حِينَ يَسْرِقُ وَهُوَ مُؤْمِنٌ وَلَا يَشْرَبُ الْخَمْرَ وَهُوَ حِينَ يَشْرَبُهَا مُؤْمِنٌ وَلَا يَنْتَهِبُ نُهْبَةً ذَاتَ شَرَفٍ يَرْفَعُ الْمُؤْمِنُونَ إِلَيْهِ أَبْصَارَهُمْ وَهُوَ حِينَ يَنْتَهِبُهَا مُؤْمِنٌ»

✧ The Prophet ﷺ said, "The adulterer does not commit adultery while he is a believer, the thief does not steal while he is a believer, the drinker does not drink wine while he is a believer, and no one plunders a plunder of significant value, toward which the believers raise their eyes, while he is a believer when he plunders it."
